Meet the Doctors
Dr. Todd Boggs, DC
Originally from Indiana, Dr. Boggs graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1997 and moved to Nebraska. Dr. Boggs believes in the power that God gives us to heal and repair ourselves and our innate connection with the Maker. In his off hours, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Annie, his two daughters, Macey, Allie, her husband Jonah, also chiropractors, and of course his granddaughter, Goldie.
Dr. Thomas Blackstone, DC
Dr. Blackstone is a western Nebraska native who was raised on a farm north of Bayard. He graduated from Doane College in 2004 and attained his Doctorate from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008. Dr. Blackstone enjoys Husker football, working on his farm, and spending time with his wife and four children.
Dr. Kristin Hamer, DC
Dr. Hamer was born and raised in Gering. She received her BA in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She then moved on to Logan College in St. Louis where she received her BS in Human Biology, Doctor of Chiropractic, and Acupuncture certification. She has specialized training in pediatric and maternity care but deeply enjoys caring for patients of all ages. She wholeheartedly celebrates wins with her patients when they find improvements in their health through chiropractic care and acupuncture.

Rick Jolliffe
Rick is our Radiographer, handles all therapies in our exercise suite, and often gives new patients their first tour. Rick and his wife, Bethany, have three amazing children.

Teresa Wallace
Teresa started working for Chiropractic Concepts in 2006. She is the insurance and billing specialist here at the office. Teresa lives in Scottsbluff with her husband Jeff.

Lori Schwartzkopf
Lori has been a member of the community for over 30 years. She is the first friendly voice you hear when you call the office and a friendly face you see at the front desk.

Emilie Yates
Emilie helps manage the office in the mornings. She enjoys riding her horses, playing with her toddler, and pouring into various ministries.
